Swedish Massage - We offer Swedish massage in increments of 30 minutes. One half-hour massage concentrates on either the back and neck or extremities (hands/feet). Additional time permits the therapist to concentrate more intently on the areas where you need work, or provide an all-over full-body massage.

Hot Stone Massage adds the use of moist heat to the massage. Hot stones can be added to any massage for $15.

Postpartum massage assists the new mother in her recovery from childbirth. Massage increases levels of serotonin and dopamine, which is linked to less stress and depression.
